**I Shipping Policy

  1. Processing Time:
    Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  2. Shipping Methods & Carriers:
    • We ship globally via reliable carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, National Postal Services).
    • Shipping method options (Standard, Express, Economy) and costs will be displayed at checkout.
  3. Packaging:
    • All items are carefully packaged:
    • Individually wrapped in protective material (bubble wrap, tissue paper, foam).
    • Secured inside sturdy corrugated boxes with cushioning filler.
    • Fragile items are clearly marked.
    • Small items may be shipped in padded envelopes if deemed sufficiently protected.
  4. Shipping Times:
    • Estimated delivery times depend on destination and shipping method chosen.
    • Typical ranges:
    • Domestic: 2-7 business days.
    • International: Air freight: 5-9 working days (slightly different in different countries). Sea freight: 7-20 working days (slightly different in different countries).
    • These are estimates only. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues are possible.
  5. Tracking:
    • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
  6. Shipping Damage/Loss:
    • Please inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
    • Report any visible damage to the carrier at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours with photos.
    • Report lost packages (based on tracking) to us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

**II Returns & Exchanges Policy

  1. Return Eligibility:
    • Unused, undamaged items in their original packaging with all tags/labels attached.
    • Returns initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Items damaged due to misuse, accident, or improper care.
    • Items showing signs of wear, assembly, or missing original packaging/protective materials.
    • Personalized, custom-made, or final sale items (clearly marked as such).
    • Items damaged after delivery to the customer.
  3. Return Process:
    1. Contact Us First: Email customer service at [Your Returns Email] with your order number and reason for return. DO NOT ship items back without authorization.
    2. Receive Instructions: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
    3. Repack Securely: Repack the item(s) exactly as received, using all original packaging and protective materials. Include the RMA number inside the package.
    4. Ship: Mail the return package using a trackable service. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for the return value.
  4. Return Shipping Costs:
    • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable insurance.
    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item), we will provide a prepaid return label.
  5. Refunds:
    • Once the returned item is received and inspected:
    • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
    • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
    • Deductions may apply for:
    • Items not received in original condition (damaged, missing packaging).
    • Missing parts or accessories.
    • Significant repackaging costs incurred by us.
    • International refunds may take longer to appear in your account.
  6. Exchanges:
    • Exchanges (e.g., for a different color/style) are subject to item availability.
    • Follow the return process above. Clearly state the desired exchange item.
    • You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
    • If the exchange item costs less, the difference will be refunded.
  7. Damaged or Defective Items:
    • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photos of the damaged item and packaging.
    • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost (including return shipping if applicable).
